Ah, I've vanished for a bit. This semester is handing my ass to me. I just posted a few drawings from my Life Study class in my scraps for now, just so I can feel like I haven't completely abandoned this account lol, and I will probably be posting more finalized works waaaay after the semester's over.

Which won't be until January? Been doing a lot of drawing- which I am very happy about. Life Study has helped me a lot more than I expected. For ppl who draw and think anatomy is too difficult or not important- you're truly missing something that will just make you or break you.

I've seen a lot of stylistic and visually pleasing art on this site, but at the same time, now this class has given me more appreciation for people who can make something "pretty" AND make it correct. So now I've been noticing the short arms or oddly placed facial features or woman hips on men when it comes to stuff on DA- and it irks me. XD I think I've become a lot more picky when it comes to ppl I watch- but at the same time, I'm glad. I'm glad that I can see these things and not just anything in a cool style or favorite character. And it's also given me some determination to study male anatomy more bc I refuse, REFUSE, I SAY, to draw these flimsy looking girly men that is plaguing media as of late. Broad shoulders and scruff- yes please. XD

Well, Turkey Day's coming- and I've got more work to do, of course. So after the semester, I'll post some more stuff: drawings, web design interfaces and some digital works. (I am DYING to draw Batman!) Look forward to it!
